Next Stop Lesner. He made Mir look like he was a B list fighter. My prediction is that Shane is a better Lesner then Lesner, Shane is better on his feet, hits a lot harder, and is every bit as solid a wrestler as Lesner. Great job Shane, Greeley, and Colorado are very proud of you and excited to see you continue to improve. When Shane knocked out Gonzaga not one mention in the Greeley rag, the Mir fight he was in the Sports the day before, front page of paper and sports day after.
Success is peace of mind in knowing you did your best.

Carwin by KO in the first round, for all the reasons Foz said. Lesnar has never had to deal with someone he cannot beat just by shear size and power. Carwin has him beat on his feet and Lesnar hasn't shot a takedown since his days at Minnesota U. Carwin hits Lesnar, Lesnar tries to shoot to escape the punishment, Carwin stuffs the shot and pummels him into a submission by strikes.

The Family concurs with all above statements. It has been ordered, and it will be done! Carwin WILL be the next Champion.

Tonight is the night! I haven't been this excited since bamer offered up a $50 bounty on my head. LMAO. Get ready for a good ole fashion beatdown. The Great Poppychupo predicts....PAIN in the desert! Carwin in 2 rounds due to KO.Now if I can just win back the $4500 I lost last night life will be good.

Wow, I just read this thread, you were all pretty close. What a great first round. I was pulling for Carwin pretty hard, gotta go for the hometown, blue collar guy. I think he will rebound and keep on being successful. I know Lessner had a new appreciation for him after that first round.

He just made a rookie mistake. Wanted to come out stiking hard in the second when he should have played it a little more safe. Been patient and wait for his time. You never want to get under Lesar. He won't make the same mistake again.

Does anybody care that he is accused of juicing. I figure that is just part of the game these days. Just numb to all of that at this point.
